A new general manager

W: What do you think of CalCo's hiring Len Nieland as general manager?
M: I was blown away. He's got what, all of four years' experience?
W: Yeah, he's young, but they say he's a visionary. And he did turn VirCo around over the past four years.
M: Yeah, but VirCo was at rock bottom; there was nowhere to go but up. Anyone would have turned them around. Nieland's talented, but he might be in over his head here.
