Discussing a work contract

— Have you had a chance to read through the contract yet?
— Yes I have. It looks good, but I didn't completely understand the non-disclosure clause.
— Oh, that means once you come to work for us, if you leave our company for any reason, you cannot tell anyone technical information about our products.
— Yes, that makes sense. You do have to protect your trade secrets. Well then, everything looks like it's in order.
