Discussing direction at the hospital

M: Excuse me, would you happen to know how to get to the red wing?
W: Sure. You're in the blue wing now. Take a right at the end of this hallway. Go through the double doors, and take the first left. It's right next to the nurses' station. About halfway down that hall, you'll see elevators on the right. Go to the third floor, and you'll see signs for the red wing as soon as you get out of the elevator.
M: Thank you. Are you a doctor or a nurse?
W: No, but I live close by, so my family has been here a lot. Too much, to tell you the truth.
