W: Tell me a little bit about your current position.
M: Well, I supervise seven employees and one intern. My department is responsible for promoting and marketing our company's line of health-care products. I report directly to the executive vice president of sales.
W: I see. And why do you think you would be a good fit for us?
M: One reason is that I've been successful everywhere I've been. Last year, for example, I increased sales of our health-care line by 22 percent. Another reason is that my supervisory experience will be beneficial in a general manager's role. I'm prepared to do an outstanding job.
