M: Did we decide on the venue for the award presentation? I think we need to pick one soon before all the places get taken. I don’t want to end up like last year and have it at the office because all the venues are taken.
W: We’re debating between the Marriott Hotel and Kincaid’s restaurant. The Marriott’s is very nice but a bit expensive and slightly over our budget. I think it’s because they have event planners. Kincaid’s is more casual and they don’t have event planners but the location is central. What do you think?
M: We need to stick to our budget in this economy. It might be nice to make this year a bit casual and have it at a restaurant. It’s always nice to have it at a central location.
W: Okay, I guess we have a venue for our award presentation.
