Problem with the dishwasher

W: Hello? My name is Wanda Jackson, and I'm having trouble with the dishwasher I bought from you last month. I need you to come out and fix it.
M: I'm sorry to hear that, Ms. Jackson. What seems to be the trouble?
W: At first it worked fine. But now it leaks water when it runs, and it makes a weird humming noise. There's water all over my kitchen floor, and my dirty dishes are still in there.
M: OK, ma'm. That dishwasher is still under warranty, so we'll come out to look at it for you at no charge. Does first thing tomorrow morning work for you?
