I am an aircraft that is able to rise above land due to a large propeller-like force situated on top of me. I can ascend and continuously fly because I have one or more motorized powered rotors that constantly rotate with great force from above. I am often used in critical emergencies to transport people from disaster areas to hospitals. What am I? ......
