The ..... bond, essentially a Eurobond sold and listed in Asia, primarily in Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan, was pioneered by the Asian Development Bank, which saw in its own needs to raise money an opportunity to spur the development of capital markets for Asian borrowers in their own time zones.
