The problem of technology overuse is increasingly visible in the media, it didn't appear unexpectedly from nowhere. Many existing communities have used approaches and instrument in order to manage the use of technology, including social media.
According to a study, more than 40% of us check our telephones five minutes after morning breakfast, and almost half check them until 25 times a day. There are many ethical and psychological questions arising from recent technological developments. Will we be in a more regulated position? What actions should be taken in order to balance this relationship?
Most approaches concentrate on openly discussing problems with the people involved or modeling positive actions and encouraging them to participate, e.g. personal, community or family therapy. Certain criteria include setting rules for specific situations, such as no tech areas for computers, and control all computer appliances an hour prior to sleep. While there is no perfect measure that can balance all behaviors relating to technology overuse, the approach used requires an understanding of the scenario.
