A simplified approach to Economic Collapse

Economic collapse in the most basic sense is a period of national recession in which the economy is in chaos, it can last for a few years to several decades. In these periods a country is said to experience social unrest, currency fluctuations and a general breakdown of law and order.
Nonetheless, due to the severity of the economic collapse, government interventions for economic recovery might in most cases be sluggish to stabilize the economy. This uncertainty sometimes triggers further disorganization within the economy as the instability tends to exist as a function of the prevailing economic fluctuations.
Germany, once referred to as the European superpower economy, got into trouble in 2019 when analysts argued that the economy was stagnant. While there were concerns of a total collapse in its economy, the Ministry of Economy allayed fears that it would be impossible that the German economy will plunge into prolonged recession even though it will languish in a slow growth cycle.
