— So how are you doing with your apartments?
— Pretty well. I had to evict a tenant last week. She was six months behind on her rent. Now I'm waiting for contractors to finish installing new windows and doors, so I can have them painted.
— It sounds like things are going well. Are you enjoying it?
— Sometimes. It's not easy, because they take a lot of upkeep. But when things are going well, they're quite profitable.
