These exercises will help you practise and improve your business listening skills and you will also learn many new phrases. Here is how you should complete the exercises:

    <li>Click on the red play button on the MP3 player.</li>
    <li>Click on the correct answers to the questions below the player.</li>
    <li>Click on the 'check my score' button to see your results.</li>
